Rika Coppens

Rika Coppens oversaw the completion of six acquisitions at the helm of House of HR in 2023. The group also reported organic revenue growth of 8.1% in 2023 and ranked as the second-largest staffing firm in the Netherlands. Also in 2023, Coppens was named Manager of the Year by Trends business magazine. Coppens plans for House of HR to continue to grow through new M&A, further optimisation of the group structure and strategic projects. She moved to staffing in 2017 as CEO at House of HR and Accent Jobs. Coppens sits on several boards outside of work and supports several charity organisations.
