In March 2023, Twenty20 Capital acquired companies managed by Rebecca Watson — Blue Arrow, Medacs, Tate, Global Medics, Litmus Workforce Solutions, Career Teachers and Chadwick Nott. Today, Watson leads these companies, now known as RSS Global, and the recently acquired The Recruitment Co. Watson’s plan is for the companies to continue expanding the geographic reach of the portfolio organically and by acquisition, creating enhanced opportunities for clients, candidates and employees. Watson began her career in staffing at the Corporate Services Group in 1998, which merged with Carlisle Group in 2008 to become Impellam Group.
