Patrick Tiessen

Nétive VMS co-founder Patrick Tiessen in the last year strategically led the organisation in its acquisition of FlexForceMonkey, enhancing the capabilities of Nétive VMS Connect. Tiessen also focused on strengthening blue-collar specific functionalities and improving compliance capabilities. He’s also been introducing next-generation features like automated hiring of pre-vetted candidates and AI-based candidate matching. Tiessen is a founding partner of and actively involved with the new Apsco Outsource DACH initiative.
