Nicholas Kirk

Nicholas Kirk, who started as a consultant at Michael Page in 1995, became PageGroup’s CEO in January 2023. Under his leadership, PageGroup in the last year unveiled its new strategy to leverage its global platforms and expertise. Kirk plans to lead the company toward achieving its three strategic pillars by 2030: deliver an ambitious operating profit, drive social impact by changing 1 million lives and provide best-in-class service to customers. Kirk aims to achieve this by focusing on being customer led, people powered and insight driven.
