When Myra Fischer-Rosinger joined swissstaffing, which represents the $10 billion Swiss staffing market, as scientific officer in 2006, it had just three employees. Today, 10 years into her tenure as its CEO, the organization has more than 30 employees representing a US$10 billion-plus market. This year, she led the creation of new quality standards and tools for occupational health and safety fields. Looking ahead, she plans to strengthen the positioning of swissstaffing and the staffing industry, particularly in the realm of flexible work.
