Mike Barnard runs Acacium Group, the 21st-largest staffing provider in Europe. Barnard most recently led the acquisitions of Sanctuary Recruitment and Sumo Medical Staffing, expanding the group’s presence in Australia and the US. He is steering the company’s growth from staffing to outsourced services in healthcare and life science sectors, notably as a pivotal partner to the UK’s flagship health research programme, Our Future Health. A 15-year industry veteran, Barnard is focusing Acacium Group on improving client, patient and staff experience while participating in industry forums and shaping national policies to improve health outcomes.
