A visionary solution provider with three decades of experience, Matthew Rodger in 2023 navigated AMS through challenging times and has overseen significant growth at AMS with particular focus last year on the UK Public Sector, the Americas & India, all of strategic importance as AMS continues to diversify. In addition he is resolute in leveraging all of the value based benefits of the AMS One platform to deliver better, faster & fairer hiring outcomes for AMS’s clients. He remains focused on key industry verticals and strategically significant geographies, including the Americas and India, and serves as the ExCo lead for Social Mobility.
