A forward-thinking leader, he led the company through a rebrand in 2023, aimed at tapping into the potential of the younger generations, especially millennials and Gen Z. Pollok champions the belief that a company can only flourish with a strong and motivated management team. Austria-based Trenkwalder operates across 15 European countries and employs more than 50,000 people. It has been a member of the German Droege International AG group since 2011.
