Mark Maesen has led Actief Group, one of the largest staffing firms in Europe, to more than 10% organic growth annually for the past decade, driving expansion through seven strategic acquisitions in recent years across the Netherlands, Germany and Austria. Today, Actief Group employs 20,000 temporary workers on a daily basis under the Actief Interim, Actief Werkt!, Actief Personalmanagement and Actief Jobmade brand names. With a pragmatic, down-to-earth approach, Maesen is on a mission to achieve a €1 billion turnover. Beyond the corporate realm, Maesen serves as the director of the Private Art Support Foundation.
