Lesley Taylor

Lesley Taylor drives talent solutions across the EMEA client base at WilsonHCG. In 2023, she led the integration of Tracking Talent following its acquisition at the end of 2022 and secured the company’s first RPO contract in South Africa. She also introduced the Agile Talent Hub for on-demand recruitment support. Taylor is actively involved in several in-house executive boards, including the Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative and Women Who Lead EBG, where she supports mentorship and advancement for women in the industry.
