On a mission to break down job search and placement barriers using the power of technology to reduce Spain’s youth unemployment, Juan Urdiales co-founded Job&Talent with Felipe Navío in 2009. By making simplicity and fairness the company’s core business model, Urdiales has transformed Job&Talent into a world-leading marketplace for essential workforce solutions. In 2023, Job&Talent placed approximately 320,000 workers in over 3,800 companies. Urdiales is also a dedicated mentor to entrepreneurs and an angel investor with over 30 investments, drawing on his personal experience. He launched his first company while still at university.
