Jessica Holt

Jessica Holt has grown Robert Walters’ workforce consultancy business by 154% in the last two years, delivering over £4.8 million in savings for clients. Holt is responsible for deploying consultants into more than 16 UK organisations with recent expansion into Ireland and the US. Her career began in 1998 as a resourcer and continued within several staffing companies. The last 15 years have been focused on contingent workforce solutions. Holt is passionate about helping women and minorities and sponsors InnovateHer, a programme focused on getting girls interested in tech careers.
