Under Gilles Lafon’s leadership, Prism’emploi, a professional employer organisation for the temporary work sector, promotes the economic and social role of employment agencies and represents the interests of the profession toward all its partners. Lafon is committed to developing skills essential to the economy, to protecting the safety and health of sector employees and to continuously developing responsible flexible employment with social partners. Through all this, Prism’emploi aims to achieve full employment and good employment. Lafon also an executive council member of Medef, the Movement of the Enterprises of France.
