Frank Ferchau

Under Frank Ferchau’s leadership, Germany-based Ferchau and its sister companies — top itservices, planting, RST and MSP/RPO specialist prime-ing — generated consolidated sales of €975 million in 2023. Since he joined the management board in 2001, Ferchau, which was founded in 1966 by his father, Heinz Ferchau, has grown to over 10,000 employees across more than 130 locations throughout Europe. Frank Ferchau’s core motivation is to enable and accelerate technological and digital transformation, summarised in the organisation’s motto of “Connecting People and Technologies for the Next Level.”
