Farida Gibbs

A staffing solutions veteran since 1999, Farida Gibbs leads Gibbs Hybrid, where she pushes boundaries and solves client challenges. This past year, Gibbs grew the firm by expanding into the technology consulting sector and was named CEO for IT Services and Consulting 2024 for London, an awards listing by CEO Monthly. She is also founder of the B.E.A.T. programme, an organisation that works to provide young people who had to drop out of school with a platform to chart a new path by exposing them to new opportunities.
