Dominique Hermans

Dominique Hermans grew her leadership over 22 years with Randstad. Over the past 18 months, Hermans has led the group strategy and transformation, where she defines Randstad’s strategic framework for growth and transformation. She started her career in engineering and joined Randstad in 2001, moving from regional to national manager, where she would later become CEO of Randstad Group Netherlands in 2021 and chief executive Northern Europe in 2023. Hermans is committed to making the workplace better for all and serves as a thought leader for inclusivity and equity.
