David Leigh

During his tenure at AMS, David Leigh made diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging a key focus area; in 2023, women comprised over two-thirds of the leadership team, and AMS was ranked 39th in the Social Mobility Foundation Employer Index. Under his leadership, AMS partnered with clients to execute large-scale, multi-national talent programmes. Leigh also serves as a nonexecutive director of research provider Third Bridge. Leigh resigned from AMS in September 2024.
