Bettina Schaller in 2023 chaired The Adecco Group’s Responsible AI Committee and started her second term as president of the World Employment Confederation. She made an impact at the B20 Summit in Delhi, co-chairing the Task Force on Employment and Education. Schaller’s passion for growth drives her active involvement in various economic and labour committees. Additionally, she is a founding member of The Boardroom, a Swiss initiative aimed at boosting board diversity and nurturing future female leaders.
