Ann Cattelain

Ann Cattelain leads Federgon, the Belgian federation of HR services. As HR has expanded to cover a wide range of services, she has strived to excel in ensuring the federation offers the best and most comprehensive advice on labour market policies. With the creation of the guide-me platform this year, the Federgon platform directs companies and individuals toward services available for the most important moments of their career. Cattelain also serves on the board of the World Employment Confederation and is VP of the European Confederation of Search and Selection Associations.
