Alexandre Pham

Inspired by the direct correlation of energy and motivation of branch managers and improved use of technology, Alexandre Pham co-founded Mistertemp’ in 2009. In 2023, he led the company to employ over 60,000 candidates, generate €420 million in revenue and maintain an average growth rate of 15%. Under Pham’s leadership, Mistertemp’ also secured the French Tech Next40 label, which includes the top 40 most promising technology companies in France. His future goal is to reach €1 billion in sales by 2028 through growing locally and expanding into other European countries.
