Alessandro Ramazza

Alessandro Ramazza has served as president of Ebitemp, the national bilateral agency for temporary work in Italy, since 2023. Its purpose is to protect and aid temporary workers who face hardships and work discontinuity barriers. Prior to Ebitemp, Ramazza was president of Assolavoro, the National Association of Employment Agencies in Italy, and served as chairman for Intempo. He continues to be a member of the Randstad Research Committee, which provides insights into future market and employment trends.
