Morson Group’s Adrian Adair played a key role in developing the organisation’s recruitment process and HR outsourcing solutions, including Morson HRO and RPO1 powered by Morson, which won the Apsco award for RPO of the Year in 2022. This year, Morson’s RPO team was awarded Team of the Year at the Firm Awards for delivering RPO1 in partnership with Urenco. In 2023, Morson won the Apsco OutSource Talent Service Partner of the Year Award. Adair also oversaw the successful launch of Pathfinders Academy as well as the integration of recent acquisitions that have strengthened the group’s service offerings. He joined Morson Group in 2011.
