Sirmara Campbell

Sirmara Campbell creates programs that prioritize the mental health and well-being of LaSalle Network employees, such as its Brain Health & Wellness group. As the company’s chief HR officer, she leads LaSalle Network’s diversity, equity and belonging committee and serves as a resource and mentor to HR leaders on addressing racial injustice in the workplace. At the forefront of labor laws, Campbell keeps stakeholders informed on legislative changes that impact hiring and job search; she also conducts webinars and speaks on panels across the country. Under her leadership, LaSalle Network conducted no layoffs during the pandemic.
