Shruthi Rao drives Allegis Global Solutions’ growth strategy in India as director of human capital solutions. With more than 16 years of talent industry experience, Rao was one of the first Allegis employees in India. She serves on AGS’ India leadership team and global executive advisory board and was an early advocate for inclusion and diversity by partnering with NGOs, clients and internal teams to hire people with disabilities. Over the last three years, she’s been dedicated to scaling up the RPO business for AGS in India and has already added 10 customers to AGS’s $10 million-plus annual revenue regional portfolio.
