Norma Gillespie is CEO of Resource Solutions, which, as part of the Robert Walters Group, delivers workforce and advisory services to clients in over 60 countries. Gillespie joined the group in 2007 as an account director, rising rapidly through the business to become CEO in 2020. She actively supports DE&I and is an ally and advocate of women aspiring to leadership positions. Recently, Gillespie and her team launched Rejoin, a program to get untapped talent back in the workplace following a career break. Additionally, Gillespie was featured in SIA’s 2021 Staffing 100 Europe list.
