Through her nearly 11-year tenure at AMS, Nicola Hancock developed a strong track record of delivering operational excellence, building trusted adviser status, driving innovation and implementing technology - including RPA and AI - to improve internal stakeholder and customer experience. Most recently, as managing director for the Americas region, she has been responsible for a number of new leadership hires and supported the launch of a branded direct-sourcing solution in the region. She also manages new strategic partnerships in the ecosystem, including Revature, a technology talent development company, and Way Up, an HR tech platform that enables employers to recruit qualified and diverse early career candidates.
