Megan K. Lanham

As the CEO of two life science staffing companies - Orbis Clinical and PharmaLogics Recruiting, both Epic Staffing Group companies - Megan K. Lanham has simultaneously scaled rapidly while meeting aggressive growth expectations and steering her teams through a global pandemic. Over the last two years, Lanham has overseen the acquisition and integration of three companies into one organization. She has also made great strides in improving the company culture: As a female LGBTQ+ CEO who leads with transparency, grit and empathy, she has helped create a space where employees can bring their whole selves to work, significantly decreasing employee turnover and increasing diversity, equity and inclusion.
