Katy Wiercinski is COO at The Judge Group, a family owned and operated business that has provided consulting, learning, staffing and offshore services to clients and contractors, including 50 of the Fortune 100, for more than half a century. Wiercinski’s leadership during the pandemic emphasized flexibility with employees’ teams and families, allowing employees to work hard and address any personal challenges presented. A solid supporter of the organization’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, she implemented DE&I practices while advocating for employee support groups, including a women’s support group, a group for empowering people of color and a support group for the LGBTQIA+ community.
