Katie Archer

Katie Archer, senior VP of operations at Insight Global, has led her organization through three major system transformations over the last two years, including an entire middle/back-office system change and a major payroll system transformation, which have positively affected all of Insight Global’s employees and consultants. Most recently, she helped to facilitate new technology that will automate systems for the AR and cash reconciliation teams. Archer is proud that these innovations have set Insight Global up for increased stability, efficiency and the ability to scale operationally as the organization continues to grow.
