Helen Houghton

As managing director, client services UK & Ireland, Helen Houghton is proud of her involvement with AMS’ DE&I initiatives, acting as a sounding board for senior leaders and helping to challenge the status quo. She has also been involved in a reverse mentorship program, gaining insight into the challenges facing historically excluded groups. Additionally, Houghton works with businesses outside of the AMS client base to share her knowledge of the AMS vision of workforce dexterity and the changing talent acquisition challenges, helping equip businesses to navigate an increasingly complex talent arena.
