Under the leadership of President and CEO Beth Garvey, BGSF has acquired 12 companies since 2009, enabling the Plano, Texas-based workforce solutions provider to further enhance its portfolio of service offerings and capabilities. In 2020, Garvey started a diversity, equity and inclusion program, which hosted a series of public webinars to address diversity in the workplace. A philanthropist who encourages the employees at BGSF to be one as well, she invested in an online philanthropy tracking app in 2021 that so far has tracked more than $28,000 and nearly 600 service hours from BGSF employees dedicated to impacting communities.
