Audra Jenkins

As chief diversity and inclusion officer at Randstad North America, Audra Jenkins balances the needs of the business while also helping shift cultures, changing perspectives and elevating the dialogue through strategic actions and conversations around diversity, equity and inclusion. In addition to advancing DE&I among Randstad employees, she also partners with customers to achieve their own diversity goals. Jenkins is the executive sponsor for Randstad’s Hire Hope program, which empowers underserved and at-risk women through career readiness training, paid apprenticeships and job placement opportunities. She is also the department sponsor of Randstad’s Transcend program, which prepares talent in diverse and untapped communities for career opportunities.
