Annelise Smith

Annelise Smith is the director of RPO and MSP for Lorien, part of the Impellam Group. She is passionate about putting recruitment expertise at the center of all Lorien solutions and advocates for a people-led approach with expert-to-expert relationships underpinned by innovative technology. She is a key advocate for driving female representation in tech and works closely with customers to support their DE&I initiatives. In her role, Smith has been integral to the growth of Lorien’s portfolio, helping secure new enterprise-level MSP and RPO customers as well as developing new service lines and expanding existing client programs.
