Vicki Codd is responsible for global marketing at NES Global Talent and its four subsidiary brands. Following six acquisitions by the business in as many years, Codd has overseen the integration of all brand assets and now manages the marketing and communications function across 60 offices globally. NES is a $1.4 billion business and during Codd’s tenure, it has won numerous industry awards. One of her key responsibilities is to manage the brand’s digital assets and under her leadership NES has been recognized by LinkedIn as one of the “Top 25 Most Socially Engaged Staffing Companies” in the world for four years running.
