Teresa Carroll was executive VP of Kelly Services Inc. and president of Global Talent Solutions, managing a $2 billion P&L. In addition, she was general manager of sales, marketing and human resources. Under her leadership, the KellyOCG business posted double-digit CAGR in revenue and earnings over the past five years. Carroll developed and inspired others in Kelly to achieve their highest potential, serving as a founding member of the company’s internal business resource group, Leadership in Action, which promotes the advocacy and development of current and future leaders. She left Kelly in late September after 27 years, noting it was time to explore the next phase of her life and career.
