Stacey Lane

As executive VP of field operations for Staffmark Group, part of global staffing giant Recruit Holdings Co. Ltd., Stacey Lane has been instrumental in integrating two national staffing companies with multiple brands into a single culture with an expanded footprint. To harmonize brand messaging, staff and operations, Lane formed a new senior leadership team, restructured geographic business units, streamlined job titles and performance goals, and created consistent processes across the organization.
