As co-founder and executive VP of TeamLease, Rituparna Chakraborty has been instrumental in making TeamLease India’s largest people supply chain company. She leads TeamLease’s staffing business and spearheads India’s first public-private partnership apprenticeship program - the National Employability through Apprenticeship Programme, which is intended to solve India’s employability problem. She is the founding trustee and president of the Indian Staffing Federation, driving labor reform in collaboration with the industry, academia and the policymakers. She is a winner of the Telstra Business Woman in Asia Award. She also won the Femina Super Achievers Award 2018.
