As managing director of client services, EMEA at Guidant Global, Karina Townley leads a 200-plus strong team and is responsible for the delivery and growth of Guidant’s MSP/RPO business across Europe. Townley joined Guidant Global in 2004 in an on-site role. She has been instrumental in leading and growing nearly 75% of Guidant’s MSP and RPO client base and under her stewardship, client programs have won awards at the In-House Recruitment Awards, Recruiter Awards and IRP Awards. Townley is an executive committee member of the Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative and also sits on the APSCo Representative Committee.
