Еkaterina Gorokhova is group leader of Kelly Services Russia and Poland and general manager of the Association of Private Employment Agencies Russia. In 2019, the Association of Private Employment Agencies was a World Employment Confederation Award finalist for the Outstanding Advocacy category. Gorokhova joined Kelly Services as Saint Petersburg branch manager in 1999 and became general manager of Kelly Services in Sweden in 2001. She was appointed to her current role in 2015. Gorokhova became GM of the Private Employment Agencies in 2011. For more than 10 years, she ranked among the top 250 general managers by Russian publishing house Kommersant.
