Tracy Stanton brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in human capital management and total talent management to her role at Magnit, which she assumed in 2022. Over the last year, she focused on aligning the services organization to ensure unity following multiple acquisitions. Most recently, she’s driven innovation and agility with strategies that maximize client benefit and adapt to fast-moving market dynamics. Her vision is for Magnit to deliver real results and exceed client expectations through collaboration and operational excellence. Stanton is also the EMEA chapter leader of Magnit’s International Shakti Employee Resource Group, a community for women employees and allies.
