Under her leadership, the company, which places an average of 4000 workers daily, invested in a new CRM, overhauled its website, secured landmark contract wins and launched an international medical division. McKenzie’s influence as chair of policy and advocacy for FSB UK and board member of The Ireland Funds continues to shape policies that drive economic growth and improve communities throughout the UK and Ireland. McKenzie in 2023 was awarded an MBE for services to the economy in Northern Ireland.
