Since 2001, Threase A. Baker has been leading Abbtech Professional Resources, a family-owned staffing business supporting clients across the US. In 2024, Baker moderated and participated in panels at the Women’s CEO Summit, an event she co-founded in 2021 to empower women business owners through roundtables, workshops and strategic connections. Baker led Abbtech to recognition on the World Staffing Organization’s 2023 Top 100 Staffing Firms to Work For list and secured the 18th spot on the Washington Business Journal’s list of Largest Women-Owned Businesses in Greater DC. She also chaired the American Staffing Association from 2022 to 2023.
