Tammy Browning oversees KellyOCG’s $17 billion global MSP portfolio and its related solutions. This year, she was a driving force behind the largest acquisition in Kelly’s history, that of Motion Recruitment Partners, which included its MSP business, Sevenstep. Browning last year also oversaw the evolution of Kelly Helix through the introduction of Kelly Helix Analytics and its enhanced Human Cloud solution. Browning is passionate about partnering with innovative companies on their total talent management journeys. As the executive sponsor of the Kelly Women’s Alliance Group, Browning supports over 450 members in ensuring all women’s voices are heard and are provided best practices for navigating the organization.
