Staffmark Group’s Suzanne Perry is dedicated to creating a welcoming and adaptable workplace culture. Over the last 12 months, Perry has led Staffmark Group’s DE&I initiatives, including six different business resource groups supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, military personnel/veterans, Black employees and allies, women in the workplace, interfaith employees and the Hispanic community. Perry has been instrumental in creating the company’s fair chance hiring program, which is focused on enabling people impacted by the US justice system to reintegrate into society through work. The program has hired 163 people and has expanded to serve clients and talent in 32 states across the US.
