A former travel nurse and manager, Suzanne Davenport created Lucid Staffing Solutions in 2022 with one goal in mind: to improve healthcare staffing for clients and clinicians. She led it to a multi-million dollar run rate in its first year and 250% growth the next. The momentum continued into 2024, with 71.8% year-over-year growth in the first two quarters. Strongly committed to community and healthcare support, Davenport supports Operation Happy Nurse to reduce stress in the nursing profession. Among other charitable work, she supported Project Intentional and Muddy Paws Second Chance Rescue after the April 2024 tornado outbreak in Nebraska and Iowa.
