Over the last year, Sue Marcus has led her team through a challenging environment while maintaining an employee engagement and customer Net Promoter Score of over 60, well above industry standards. Her approach is simple: Invest in employees’ development and engagement, and in turn, employees will be equipped to address customer challenges. She is the executive sponsor for Wired (Women in Randstad Empowering Development) and is part of the Executive Diversity Council, where she supports programs such as Hire Hope, aiding women who are survivors of homelessness, exploitation and trafficking by providing career readiness training and job placement opportunities.
