Over the last 12-18 months, she implemented Mondo’s core values – mindset; attitude and action; and people, process and passion – strengthening company culture and aligning it with strategic goals. She also revamped Mondo’s training program and continuing education programs. Her people-first approach resulted in a 90% retention rate within the leadership team. A member of Addison Group’s executive team, Wernick Barker is passionate about aligning the right people to the right opportunities and is an advocate for mental health.
