Committed to innovation and team empowerment, Paula McDonnell has led the transformation of TTM Healthcare Solutions from a traditional recruitment agency into an international healthcare solutions powerhouse. The introduction of a healthcare process outsourcing service, in which the specialist team provides clinical assessment and initiatives to reduce wait lists, has driven business growth while profoundly impacting the lives of patients and their families. McDonnell played an instrumental role in TTM’s international expansion as well as the organization’s recent acquisition of ROTA, a workforce management platform that enhances TTM’s customer offering. She is a fellow of the Employment and Recruitment Federation.
