Driving a culture of continuous improvement, Nicole Trudgett has enabled Impellam Group to achieve over 90% customer retention in APAC since she joined the company in 2015. Trudgett leads the customer experience (CX) team and launched the Workforce Delivery Centre (WDC) in October 2023. The WDC has placed over 350 candidates since its launch and continues to be a key part of Impellam’s global fulfilment strategy. The CX team has also enjoyed a 100% employee retention rate over the last year. Under Trudgett’s watch, diversity and inclusion have also increased within the MSP supply chain to encompass 11% of suppliers.
