Nathalie Jaoui led France-based Groupe Crit to €2.53 billion in revenue in 2023 and oversaw the group’s acquisition of Italy-based Openjobmetis. Group Crit ranks as the fifth-largest staffing firm in France and the 12th largest in Europe. Jaoui held a progression of leadership roles culminating in being appointed chairman and CEO in 2022. She also serves as president of the organization’s temporary staffing division. She joined Groupe Crit in 1989 and in 1992 was appointed to the board of directors and led the group’s IPO. Since 2003, she has also been a board member of Prism’emploi, the professional employers’ organization for the temporary work sector.
